A Bukidnon coffee farmer for 23 years, once again proved that Robusta coffee can taste refined and sophisticated when meticulously processed and cared for.

Lorna actively participates in the Philippine Coffee Quality Competition (PCQC) annually. This year, her naturally processed coffee placed 5th among 41 official entries under the Fine Robusta category. Her entry received a cupping score of 81.56. She also won 2nd place last 2018 and 1st place in 2019 under the Fine Robusta category.

Coffee farming has been the source of their living, enabling their family to support three kids, one of which already finished college. In an interview, she mentioned that it's time to pass her knowledge to her kids. With engagements like the PCQC and her local farming cooperative (Bayanihan Millenium Multi-Purpose Cooperative or BMMPC) connecting local farmers like her to reliable coffee buyers, she was able to buy a piece of land for her next of kin.
