There is a distinct vibe that happens when the local coffee community gathers under one roof. This year's Philippine Coffee Expo (PCE) was proof. For us at Curve, the event was an opportunity to show up for the community. At the same time, it's a sincere celebration of our home, our heritage, and the incredible groups of people who make it possible to enjoy quality Philippine coffee.

If you happened to pass by our booth, you know we went big. We wanted to create an immersive, welcoming space that proudly portrayed our love for the craft. Every curated detail was a love letter to the local coffee industry. Here is a look back at the unforgettable weekend we shared with you at PCE 2026.

Philippine Coffee at our Free-Flowing Brew Bar

We believe that to fully appreciate Philippine coffee, you have to taste its diversity. That is why we opened up a free-flowing manual brew bar that ran throughout the three-day expo.

Moreover, to give everyone a true taste of homegrown coffee, we made sure to brew a variety of beans at the bar. It was particularly rewarding to watch your eyes light up as you discovered just how diverse, special, and competitive Philippine coffee can be.

Captivating Displays and Award-Winning Legacies

Our retail and merchandise display stood as a homage to the hard work of our partner farmers. We designed a highly interactive area where coffee lovers—both seasoned connoisseurs and curious beginners—could slow down and truly connect with the beans.

Every single coffee origin on display was paired with an information card. No, not spec sheets. But instead, they were deep dives into each bean’s source, story, and unique journey from the farm to our roastery. We wanted to ensure that when you bought a bag, you knew exactly whose dream and dedication you were supporting.

Honoring the Masters of the Craft

We were particularly proud to showcase some of the finest, award-winning coffees from the prestigious Philippine Coffee Quality Competition (PCQC). Our current lineup honors the true excellence of local coffee production:

Being able to share these world-class micro-lots with you fills our hearts with immense pride. They stand as confirmation that Philippine specialty coffee deserves a prominent place on the global stage.

Making Quality Philippine Coffee Approachable: Curve's New Drip Bag Lineup

While we love the ritual of manual brewing, we know that specialty or single-origin coffee can sometimes feel a bit intimidating. Our goal at Curve has always been to make exceptional local coffee as approachable as possible to all kinds of consumers. To bridge that gap, we officially launched our Drip Bag Collection for our best-selling Philippine coffees!

If you have been curious about local origins but didn’t know where to start, this is the perfect chance to finally give it a try. It is completely beginner-friendly: all you need is hot water and your favorite coffee mug to enjoy a delicious cup.

Our new drip bags let you travel the Philippines through flavor, featuring single-origin beans from Benguet, Mt. Province, Davao del Sur, and Bukidnon.

In tandem with our single-origin coffees, we also included our two house-curated blends. We specifically blended these coffees to honor the Filipinos: Makisig and Marikit. Made with using 100% pure Philippine coffees, these blends represent the balance of beauty, strength, grace, and warmth that defines us as people.

At Curve Coffee Collaborators, our mission goes far beyond roasting beans. It's also about building sustainable, rewarding futures for our farmers and fostering great pride among local coffee consumers.

Looking back at the event, we are still overwhelmed with gratitude. Every conversation, shared smiles, and every bag of beans you excitedly took home with you directly fueled our active, ongoing initiatives to support Filipino coffee producers and to help uplift the local coffee ecosystem.

Next year marks an incredible milestone for us as we are about to celebrate our 10th anniversary. It feels surreal to look back at the decade of adventures, experiences, and learnings. We are just getting started. We are more inspired than ever to keep exploring the hidden corners of our lands, discovering exceptional lots, and sharing quality Philippine coffee with all of you.
